It depends upon what is causing you nausea. To know the cause of nausea try consuming plain water or some plain apple juice if you feel well after having it then it is because of dehydration and Gatorade can help definitely you with nausea because it contains electrolytes and sugar that will hydrate your body. But if plain apple juice makes it worse then probably you are sick and need to see a doctor as soon as possible.
