Gatorade is actually a non-carbonated drink with added sugar and electrolyte. Gatorade aid up restoring the macro nutrients which maintain the body balance and keeps us healthy. The additional sugars, electrolytes and nutrients help an unhealthy person to recover more quickly than the normal rehydration done by plain water or any other less nutritional products. So, Gatorade is good for the sick.
